It has fallen off my bed 2-3 times onto carpet not much softer than wood, landing on its left edge while open and causing some slight damage to the touchpad and screen bezel. The computer was bought brand new in May 2015. System info: Lenovo T540p running 64-bit Windows 7 SP1. I'd appreciate help from people more knowledgeable than me. Nothing suggests that it's anything but healthy. Is this drive failing? I've had zero trouble with it. Screenshot here, in case it's useful, and I can provide more if they're wanted. However, the figures given by CrystalDiskInfo do worry me. As /u/Mighty_Miro_WD suggested in there, I ran a quick and extended test with Data Lifeguard Diagnostic, and the drive passed both of them.
I found this thread from last year that was very helpful to me.
What came up was a bit worrying, especially after I did some research. So, I just ran CrystalDiskInfo 7.1.1 on my hard drive for the first time, having never heard of the tool until a few hours ago.
